I have to say it makes sense for TNA to go up against one of the big two (RAW or SD) in the long term.

They have to prise WWE fans away IMO. I think this week they got a hell of alot of people who haven't watched wrestling in a while coz of WWE product. If they can keep 50% of the new 50% (if that makes sense) and steal WWE fans (and with signings like Jeff Hardy they might) then thats their best and fastest way to sucsess in the ratings.

I also find it amazing that the big TNA guys aren't on every Impact at the moment. I know they offer a reduced schedule but they are trying to build something here. Also Hogan has now got to be on every Impact once they decide on what to do with the impact timeslot.

Guys like Hogan, AJ, Joe, Angle, Morgan, Beer Money, Jeff Hardy, MCMG etcs have got to be on every Impact. They don't always have to wrestle but some people won't know who some of them and need to familirise themselves with them.

I say go up against RAW and Go live at least once a month to start with and eventully go fully live.

TNA would beat SD, I am sure of it.. hell I don't even get Smackdown where I live.

RVD could be swerving us though... If Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan want u, they will get u.. i firmly believe that. Jeff Hardy, i mean seriously, who thought that was gonna happen?

Well yeah i was suprised but then you think about it and it makes sense. No drug testing, reduced schedule, more catered to his type of wrestling.

Its a crime that RVD isn't wrestling somewhere. I kinda feel like i can't lose with him. If he goes to TNA then we'll get more of the ECW RVD i think in terms or wrestling style, but if he goes to WWE i will be happy too as it will give WWE a performance lift.

RVD to me is a massive part of these "Wars". He is the type of guy who can wow you and both promotions woulc love him for that reason alone.

If TNA was to go up against SD that might be interesting coz it could effectivly chop a leg off WWE. Guys like Jericho, Batista, Taker wont want to be on a show that is hardly watched would they?

Even i would would think a live TNA weekly broadcast could serious hurt SD and WWE as it would take a much longer road ro knock RAW off IMO. Maybe a 6 month period on Friday and see how it goes. But then maybe they might look like they aren't up for the challenge.... All interesting thoughts.

Friday night is often the death slot for television shows, even to counter Smackdown, 'tis not a good move, and to grab people's attention you challenge the "A-Show", it tells people you mean business, rather than, we'll have a crack at the "B-Show" first, that comes off weak.
