Most of the main events seem pretty obvious already after Elimination Chamber. Only question I can think of is where does HHH fit in? A triple threat with Cena and Batista or maybe a match with Sheamus?

To me it looks like:

Jericho (c) vs Edge - World Title
John Cena w/Bret Hart vs Batista w/Vince McMahon - WWE Title
Sheamus vs HHH
HBK vs Taker
Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk - Mask vs Hair
Orton vs Dibiase vs Rhodes

Not sure about MITB this year as i've heard it might be dropped. However there is a crap load of talent missing from that card guys like:

Kofi Kingston, Miz, Morrison, Big Show, McIntye, Kane, MVP, Christian, R-Truth, Swagger, Bourne, Shelton Benjamin.

If the MITB goes ahead then Kofi, Morrison, Christian, Bourne, Benjamin, R-Truth & Ziggler would put on a good match leaving Miz & Show to defend the tag titles against MVP & Henry.

Theh other possibility of course is that Miz goes up against Daniel Bryan for the US title.... maybe using it as a way to NXT over in a big way. Say all the rookie unite to help Daniel Bryan take the US Tilte.... could be a idea.

Then you have a womens match and i pray they unify the womens titles.

The big question i have is what they are gonna do with McIntrye.... he's on a role and i doubt he'll lose his belt by the time Mania rolls around.... But who will be a good opponent for him.... Can't really think of anyone... Maybe Christian if the MITB doesn't happen.

Already it looks better than last years Mania to me

They better find a spot for Matt Hardy. He deserves better than this tag-team with Khali but I kinda knew this would happen to him once Jeff was gone.

I agree with that exact card, and probably most of the others do too.

This year's Wrestlemania does look better than last years. All of the fueds that are set right now seem like they will all get good or great build-up.

4 matches announced.

We are getting Streak vs. Career!  That adds a little extra to it, although since HBK normally takes 3-4 months off chances are he'll lose, retire, then they'll create an angle to bring him back and go back on the stipulation right?  Even if it is that predictable I'm sure the match itself and the build will be superb.

Batista vs. John Cena, the name value is there, that's for sure, will they add Vince and Bret to the mix, and can these 2 pull it off?  I think they can.

Despite the PPV later this year, MITB is happening and so far we have Christian confirmed.

And finally, as expected, Jericho vs. Edge, which should be another cracker.

One important question is, what match will close the show?

Triple H not in the title scene? He's either been promised something or really doesn't care anymore

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't then!  If he was in another title match people would be complaining how he is always in the title matches and Main Events.

since Orton will be facing Ted next monday and possibly Cody the following monday. Could there possibly be a tag match with Ted and Cody vs Orton and a partner of his choice at Mania?

I'm thinking it might go the way of Gnrfan's idea and end up being a Triple Threat.

I'm struggling to think of the last time there was a Triple Threat which wasn't for a title....

That video package with that Placebo song was enough to hype me for 'Taker vs. HBK, Great Stuff!

Oh and Dolph Ziggler's going to Wrestlemania! YES!  :banananig:

Incidently, how about, Christian winning MITB and cashing in on Edge?  Turning heel in the process, it'll be a great moment (and in WWE Game terms net me loads of points - that aside it's still great right?)

Absolutely.

Surely WWE has realised that Christian is way over and certainly has what it takes to be WWE Champion at least once...right?

Yeah agree with nearly everything. The Taker vs HBK promo is maybe the greatest Promo i have ever seen. Amazing!

Ziggler to win! haha. I'd love that. I hate the fact that Rey pretty much killed his momentum by refusing to let him beat him for the IC title.... something which his worked deserved.

The Christian/Edge thing deserves more than that. I'd be all for Christian winning MITB and cashing it in against Edge but a sustained feud between these two will be a real Money-Maker but i dont see Christian cashing it in when Edge is weak. I can see Edge the day after Mania coming out to celebrate and Christian coming out and saying he will cash it in against Edge but not let on when
