Finally watched Mania. and i have to say what was good was good, but what was bad was bad. People saying its the worst Mania is having a laugh IMO.

Taker vs HHH was the match of the night, but IMO not as good as either HBK/Taker match but better than their last match at Mania.

Thought Punk/Orton was the next best match and after that Cena/Miz, Edge/DelRio & Mysterio/Punk were all decent and much the same.

The Snooki match was crap and i just wished they had gone with Dolph vs JoMo with Snooki & Trish / Vickie and Lay-Cool in the corners. The Corre Crushing was stupid IMO.

The Lawler/Cole match was fun but lasted too long. Always good to see Austin stunning people. End was strange though.

The Rock's opening speech and Taker kicking out of the Tombstone seemed as loud as the crowd seemed to get and it felt that it suffered abit from that.

My biggest complaint is that i think they overused The Rock on a PPV that he was not wrestling on. Any other PPV i would not complain or if they pushed the match back on the card, but essentially the Main event was not about the two guys in the ring... which is very un-wrestlemania (sort of has a TNA/WCW feel)

I enjoyed the skits with the Rock with Austin, Eve & Mei Young etc, but i just felt that he was overused.

Bret, Rock and Austin are my favourite WWE stars of all time, but i have to say the Rock's comeback (if you can call it that) has been a disappointment to me. No doubt the guy has charisma to spare and is arguably the best promo guy ever. But there is something not quite right. The Rock feels scripted and an act as where Cena & Miz feels natural and a true reflection.

Anyway. Mania wasn't great, but wasn't terrible either, just some strange booking or writing IMO
