That's a crap reason.  They bounced the titles round in the Attitude Era, much more, heck until their reign a few years since Hardyz longest tag title reign had been about 3 weeks.  And TNA does the same with belts, its the way it is with promotions in the main stream, fans just wouldn't put up with a 3 year reign my anyone today.
