No, he meant (I assume, correct me if I'm wrong Jim).

TSC Wolfpac - 9 Players - Draft from RAW/Smackdown/ECW.  Thats one complete game.

TSC Hollywood - 9 Players - Draft from RAW/Smackdown/ECW.  Thats another complete game.

The 2 don't crossover.  Each game has the same roster available.  So you'd have the full roster for 9 players.  Thats more than enough, heck it'd be bidding city during the game with the healthy guys left over.
