Well it is bringing another old guy in.... yes he is one of the greatest ever but do you think he still is?
I would welcome Hogan in a commisioner role, and a Angle vs Hogan mini feud would be a great watch.
If Hogan was to win the title i'd think its the end for TNA and that would alinate alot of
**** TNA fans.
What makes me laugh is that TNA seem to heading towards the WWE way of thinking i.e. Names before performance.
This is not like getting Hogan at nWo era.... its a good 14 years on and for him to step in a ring will take alot and to compete at TNA's level is nearly impossible.
Nash, Steiner, Sting, Foley, Dudleys and Now Hogan..... its just a bit much for me. You could probally have Hogan, Sting & the Dudleys and get away with it but all of them is just too many names without substance.
I hope it does boost TNA's viewers to give guys like AJ, MCMG, Joe & Hernandez the credit and exposure they deserve. But i feel that TNA is almost playing WWE at its own game and that just won't work.
The way to beat WWE is to create a bonafide star that sends shatters through the wrestling world the way that Goldberg did in WCW or create matches that make you watch like ECW did and TNA did at its dawn. Not take a former WWE guy that WWE don't need anymore.
