Being a hard worker, being a dedicated worker, being a nice guy, are all well and good, I don't dislike the guy, but all those qualities don't mean he is actually a quality worker 

He's not a bad guy, it's just that whenever I watch his matches I notice his faults (wrestling wise) and they just annoy me.  I just wish he was at a normal workrate level.  He's getting carried by his opponents during his matches.
