....which brings me to Arn Anderson's Spinebuster another move which now has most people shrugging their shoulders but nobody nailed that move like Anderson, watching back old tapes its one of my favourite moves, watching Triple H do it now I have little interest, it also shows how the seemingly smallest of moves, were done were can be made to look special.
One of the greatest moves in history. Just the impact of it was immense, whether doing it to a jobber or one of the Road Warriors. Many people have kicked out of it, but that does not lessen its overall impact.
Technically it wasn't even his finisher(the brainbuster/gourdbuster was), but he became more known for the spinebuster once he concentrated on tag team wrestling.
Also agree 100000000% on Jake's DDT. The move should have been retired after his career was over because no one can do it justice. I'll never forget a Mid South wrestling match he had where after he did the move, the guy was obviously bleeding and they went to a commercial. I hope this shows up on youtube someday.
Nikita's Russian Sickle is THE absolute definition of a perfect clothesline. Dude probably spent hours a day perfecting that, and deserves to get into the HOF for that move alone.
Savage's Elbow Drop was a great finisher as well.
Stone Cold Stunner is the most pathetic move in wrestling history. Now I understand you have to take crowd reaction into consideration when judging great moves(which is why Hogan's leg drop has to be considered one of the greats), but my litmus test is how believable the actual move is. Since my great grandma's rotting corpse could kick out of a Stunner on a 1 count, it will never make my list.
