We don't know what was said between Hart and Michaels backstage. They must have met when planning the in-ring meeting, and they must have got some stuff out of the way then.
When Michaels hugged him, I originally thought Bret didn't look 100% genuine, but I think it was because Michaels was saying something into his ear and he was listening. I don't know, I'm not a master body-language-reader guy.
We'll probably never know all of what was said backstage, but even if the on-screen truce was scripted, it kinda represents 'real' end. (I kinda know what I mean, but I don't know how to say it
)
And I didn't think Bret looked
too bad for a 52 year-old who's had the injuries and stroke etc. that he's had.
