James Mitchell - He is one of the best free agent "Managers" in the wrestling business, the fact that neither of the big two have him is criminal, he could get some many people over who badly need a mouthpiece.
Bring back Kevin Fertig as Mordecai or Kevin Thorn, and have James Mitchell as his manager. Have him dominate for a few months, and eventually put him in a good fued with Undertaker. Sorted. 
We are on the same page there, Thorn was a great character who they really blew it with.
