Best time would be Wrestlemania, its in Atlanta and with rumours of a WCW themed Hall of Fame, it makes the most sense.  For a one off bout to send his career off well, along with the theme of the show, I wouldn't mind.

Former WWE and WCW World Hvt. champion Bill Goldberg is stil saying he wants one last wrestling match for his family to see him in the ring.

"If the money was right"
In other words, it's about the money and nothing to do with family.
I have wined and dined with kings and queens, and I've slept in alleys and dined on pork and beans.

It's always about the money if he just wanted one last match "for his family" he could call up Dixie Carter and have the Main event at any of their PPVs and have a selection of people who would job out for him. He must still think he is king **** around the wrestling business. Seriously he is a big name, but not with most younger WWE fans not even knowing who he is, the WWE fans today still dont give Bret Heart the ovation he deserves the first time he came out on raw it seemed like most of the kids didn't know him.

Basically Goldberg is for Hire, he has been acting and he is going to want some big money for a one off match, I say WWE pay him $1,000,000 for one match and then let him Main Event WM next year and have him face off against the Undertaker and it would help sell the PPV and then let the Undertaker reach 20-0 by Jobbing out Goldberg one more time.

Gawd I am forcing myself to post on this thread due to my dislike of Goldberg I can not stand the ring he wrestle in because to me he was another copy of the Warrior only balded head and less talent! Goldberg came along when WCW was in it's final stage of dying and he help kill it off, and went to WWE and could not do the **** that he did in WCW.

I said bring him back to the WWE and let him have a huge run beating people and in his second or third match let someone like Sheamus or The Miz beat the crap out of him, and get rid of his non talented ass!

WCW was at it's ratings peak during Goldberg's 98 Run.

Jobing him out to Kevin Nash in another typical rubbish "Starcade" main event (Their wrestlemania killed it).

It was the run of "Starcade" main events... i.e Sting vs. Hulk Hogan  :P, Goldberg vs. Nash  :(, Golberg vs. Bret Hart  >:( That really made WCW legacy as far as actual in-ring wrestling goes silly...

He was good at what he good, and if booked right, an asset to any company, EVERYONE knows its the big dudes that are the box office draws, he was never trying to being a 5 star wrestler, his 1998 run was awesome, he was so over it was crazy.
