I finally gave in and got a new console.

Got me a PS3 (320 gig) with Fifa 2011, God of War III and Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.  Bundle pack, I was only really arsed about Fifa to be honest, that's why I've also gone and bought UFC Undisputed 2010, Smackdown vs Raw 2010 and Burnout Paradise.

3 of those games I haven't even had time to play yet,  Smackdown vs Raw I spent about 30 mins on, I'm glad I bought it cheap second hand, it bored me so much.  It was like playing Smackdown vs Raw 2007 I had for the PS2, as well as the few versions before that.  The game has evolved so little its untrue, back in the day I played the game so much that even after going several years without playing it, I just found it meh, the series needs a complete overhaul.

UFC Undisputed, is fun, a lot of fun, but it also has a steep learning curver, well to master it online, either that or I'm just ****.  I'm fine against the computer but facing guys with 500+ online wins, it doesn't match you up well, I'm an embarrasing 0-21-0 at the moment, I need a win dammit, my ego is hurt!  Downloaded the demo for EA MMA too, now that was pretty cool, a lot simpler to grasp, although I haven't played it online yet since the full game isn't out, maybe when I do I'll find that has the same amount of 9 year olds who rock at it and can kick my ass!

Now my favourite, is definately Fifa 2011.  It's an amazing game, easy, very easy to learn, making it so readily accessible, but extremely hard to master, so many little tricks to learn.  What I like online is how smooth and easy it is to find people, UFC and Smackdown seem to take forever searching for opponents and it can lag etc. and so on.  Also it says "Searching for people with similiar skill/ranking" so matches are much fairer.  Admittedly you might get a whizz who has just bought the game, as I did first time I went online losing 4-0.  But the 4 games after that, a 1-0 defeat, a 1-1 draw and 2 1-0 wins, and they were really quite well matched games, and a heck of a lot of fun.

So yeah, I'm loving it, Fifa 2011 is the best and I enjoy going online, as long as you don't beat me.

I'm not a huge gamer, but I'd definitely get GTA IV, Batman: Arkham Asylum, SD VS. Raw 2011 and the new Bond game if/when I get one.

Like you, the last wrestling game I have is SD VS. Raw '07, which I haven't played for a while, so I fancy getting a new wrestling game. Actually, I've been playing Here Comes The Pain a lot recently. It's a quality game with a good roster.
