Lashley finally signs with TNA!

Bobby Lashley announced on ESPN radio Wednesday night that he has finally officially signed with TNA. Lashley stated that he would be at this Sunday’s TNA Victory Road 2009 pay-per-view.

Lashley noted that he will also be continuing his MMA career, but always felt bad about the abrupt way he left wrestling and says that TNA’s schedule will give him the best of both worlds. This is a surprising development, as word going around Las Vegas over the weekend was that Lashley told people he was not going to sign with TNA

This is great news, it'll be interesting to see where he figures into things, I am guessing he will be booked as a strong babyface to finally give Main Event Mafia problems, with his amateur wrestling background a feud with Kurt Angle must be on the cards sooner rather than later.

They could do with working a swerve where Taz isn't aligned with Joe and he has brought in Lashley cos the dude needs a mouthpiece, he has the monster look...but comedy voice.
