That's a random poster.

Are they trying to prove that inside John Cena is actually a regular mortal man and not indestructible??

Extreme Rules is so brutal and extreme, for once you'll be able to see him.  Even inside him  :o

I thought Cena had an endoskeleton like Wolverine from X men.

Also isnt Extreme Rules the remainder of the **** PPV?

Cena / R Trut / Miz

JR King / Cole & Swagger

Doesn' sound Extreme or ****, sounds like a bad episode o Raw. There PPVs need to have a special fee and a theme otherwise it seems just like a longer episode of raw.

As mentioned an epic number of times.  In a PG Era it is a flawed concept.  Make it the one night they push boundaries, have epic bumps and blood, make it different and stand out.

Incidently if the Cole match goes longer than 5 minutes...I riot!

This is the downside to WWE major one, it's all filler (extended RAW Tv matches on PPVs) to SummerSlam now.

Then we wait till Survivor Series (depending on if they take it seriously, depends on year :( ).

It was okay years ago, especially in the late "Attidude Era" when PPVs had something cool at least every month.

They need to change the name. There is nothing Extreme about this pay per view at all. Make it into Halloween Havoc or War Games.

Finally a match I want to see...

Randy Orton vs. CM Punk in a Last Man Standing Match has been added to WWE?s Extreme Rules pay-per-view.

What a difference a week makes. This card actually looks good besides the tag match.

I hope they try to bring up the fact that Miz/Morrison used to be tag partners instead of talking about Cena and Rock.

Christian/Del Rio ladder match and Punk/Orton last man standing match are the two matches that interest me at the moment.  Triple Threat Raw match could be good considering that Morrison gets to do some of the heavy lifting in the match.  Tag Match could be OK if Cole gets the snot beaten out of him and they keep it to 10 minutes or less.

Interesting to see how rest of the card fills out.

I'm guessing Sin Cara will get a match.  And maybe some Divas bout.  Either a medicore Divas Title match followed by Kharma's arrival.  Or Lay-Cool square off.  And maybe the Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan US Title match we were robbed of at Mania, although that feud does seemed to have vanished and left both guys with...erm...nothing.

Last Man Standing match was a solid opening bout, shame Punk completely loses a feud (again), but with Orton as the new biggest name on Smackdown, it was obvious they'd wanting him to look strong.

I thought Sheamus vs Kofi was one of the best matches of the night, I thought they built the tension and (near falls...well near table bumps) well, nice finish to.  Kayfabe wise though, why would Teddy Long risk his brand losing a title?  If he dislikes Sheamus, make him defend the belt against another Smackdown guy.

Jim Ross really got way to much offence in on.... JACK SWAGGER!!!  I'm I meant to belive, but for the sneaky roll up by Cole, JR could well have beaten Swagger?  A waste of PPV time.

Mysterio triumphs again, dammit I hate the pesky little guy.  Anyone else think he was overly heelish?  Getting the knee brace ready, blowing mist in Rhodes face (Rhodes is blind now :( ).  One good thing going into this, was with the pre-match vid and build, they made it seem special and important, upper-midcard stuff, Rhodes really has shot up the card.

R-Truth's backstage interview was hilarious. C-O-N...spiracy

With Layla and McCool, I got a weird vibe with the match.  It seemed like they were trying to do the Diva equivalent of HBK/Taker.  Maybe I have those theories because McCool is 'Takers Mrs.  But the, "Why won't you quit", extra nearfalls than most Diva matches, the attempts to add all that drama, didn't quite work, seemed, well, just odd.  Enjoyed the Kharma debut though :)

Christian winning was a decent feel good moment, and the match was fair decent.  Brodus Clay though...he really got bust open the HARD WAY.

Tag Title match was just there to fill time and further The Corre split, nothing more nothing less, it was alright for what it was.

Why did Cena have to win?  And JoMo played dead for too long.  An alright Main Event, I'd of rather have Christian winning closing the show myself, that was more feel good.

Overall an ok show.

^I agree with much of what Hammy said.

Wasn't really a 'bad' match on the card IMO. The Last Man Standing, Table, Ladder and Cage Matches were all pretty good. I enjoyed the show, but wasn't thrilled that Punk, Rhodes and JR and Lawler lost. Is this Cole/Lawler feud over now? I thought this was going to be the time when Cole pissed Swagger off, got abandoned and JR and Lawler finally got their hands on him. But he wins again? WTF?

Miz losing the title doesn't bother me that much, even if it was to Cena. Cena's a more believable champ than Miz in my eyes. Morrison winning would've been nice, but I guess he has to have his feud with Truth just now. Speaking of whom, that promo was good. ;D His wide-eyed, slightly deranged look is perfect for a heel.

I was shocked when I saw Brodus Clay lying on the floor with all that blood pouring from his head. :o Not seeing blood on TV for so long gave it more impact. Christian was bleeding too I noticed. I'm glad they didn't have someone come and try to stitch him up and halt the match or some shite, as it was fairly decent. Del Rio will be champion one day, you'll see... 8)
