What TNA really need is a full reshuffle backstage, get rid of Dutch Mantell & Russo and bring in Heyman (although he's said he would reject TNA every single time).

Make new stars not bury them. Use guys like Nash, Steiner, Booker, Team 3D & Jerry Lynn (bring him back) to nurture/mentor young talent and put them over in feuds.

Get rid of some of the Knockouts, they have as more women wrestlers than WWE have and they only have 1 2hour show, theres just no need for continually bringing new girls in. Also just have some consistancy in the number of wrestlers, no bringing new people in every few weeks have some balance to it so they don't debut then a week later there an afterthought. WWE do it well, (baring ECW's talent initiative) they don't debut an awful lot of people per year which helps fans get used to them.

Tna brings in people often as part of it's 'cycling' policy, keeping things fresh. It's also aimed to draw in new people, new stars to follow

According to sources, TNA Creative team member Wayne Cowan (former wrestler Dutch Mantel) and TNA Agent Savio Vega have been released by TNA.

Dutch Mantel was very close to Jeff Jarrett. He had been with TNA since 2003. His departure leaves the creative team without a veteran 'wrestling mind'. This is a big departure for sure.

Savio Vega was brought in as an agent last year after Scott D'Amore's departure and had been working closely with the Knockouts. He was very close with Jeff Jarrett and Dutch Mantel as well.

There are many who are questioning Jeff Jarrett's status with the company as well. These are both huge shakeups within TNA.

Be interesting to see what difference this makes, because we the fans don't know for sure who does what, who came up with the ideas we did like and didn't.

Except for the keys on a pole, that was Russo8)
