I don't think it's been mentioned before, but "Night Of Champions" is a WCW concept too. The last ever "Nitro" was dubbed "Night Of Champions" where all the titles were on the online.

Well just be thankful Vince Mcmahon doesn't lurk the board, if he did and saw this he'd cancel the event in an instant.  :P

The Last WCW Nitro runned by Turner. God it was sad moment with a Great show. You knew once it was over WCW was gone, done.  There classic main event with Sting vs Ric Flair. It summed up the history of WCW from NWA though 4 Horsemen and Nwo Era, up to the last moment with the Greatest Heel WCW ever created in Ric Flair, going after the One man who never sold out for WWF money and the Franchise Face Sting. That night they didnt worry about ratings, or making money, selling merchandize, or pleasing their bosses,  the wanted to GIVE IT ALL BACK TO THEIR FANS WHO MADE THEM WHAT THEY ARE. It wasnt a great technical match but rather an emotional affair with the fans living in the final moment of WCW.

Anyone looking for someone in perticular to loose at noc?

Although I have Rey on my team I'm really like ziggler as a heal and think he needs the belt to push him up the ladder and SD needs heels with edge gone

As long as Ziggler wins I'm happy.

Kung Fu Naki could come down as a last minute replacement for Jeff Hardy who had just failed a drug test and he could pin Punk and become the new champion and I wouldn't care as long as Ziggler wins, hopefully he wins the Tag Straps to  :D

hams, I guess u are the biggest ziggler fan on this page.  For me I always thought the IC belt should be used on rising stars to promote them and that's I think ziggler needs at this moment. After having the belt on rey and couple years ago on flair I think putting it on younger stars is needed. Also with edge gone and unless jericho looses the belt there isn't any good sd top heels

I agree 100% about that match. I'll never forget it...if wcw was included in that top 10 match list thread this one would be in there. I loved it and what a great way to say goodbye to nitro. Flair vs. Sting. 2 greats went at it one last time...yeah not the best technical match as you said but man that match was still awesome.

And regarding SD top heels, I think if they play their cards right CM Punk could be a great heel. I like what they've done with him so far..kind of teasing the heel turn. I still got a couple sds to catch up on but from what ive seen, i like what their doing with Punk.  :smoking:
Johnny Nitro or John Morrison or whatever name he wants to go by SUCKS!

I am in favor of CENA FREE WRESTLING!!

I miss HBK and Edge!

Thats it thats all I have to say...Because I'm Sober_Times, And I'm awweeesoomee!

Just Added: US Title 6 Pack Challenge: Big Show vs. Kofi Kingston vs. MVP vs. The Miz vs. Carlito vs. Jack Swagger.

I like the look of this match.

Aye, a lot of people seem to think Christian will lose to Dreamer earlier in the night and then turn heel and attack him post match then team up with Jericho later, which would be cool.

I would like to see them pick a midcarder, Christian doesnt need any help reaching the top they should pick someone like The Brian Kendrick or Dolph Ziggler. Dolph is fueding with Rey right after Jericho so they have a common enemy. The enemey of my enemey if my friend.?

Yeah but "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" doesn't work because they aren't enemies themselves Dolph and Jericho are friends.

After being squashed on RAW by Lawler, Kendrick would just be met with a "Conway Pop" so that doesn't work to well...
