Has Ziggler Missed The IC Boat?
« on: October 25, 2009, 10:25:15 am »
Ok i read quite alot of wrestling information online and its clear that WWE bosses see Morrison and Ziggler as future stars.

My question is did Rey Mysterio's drug ban cost Ziggler the chance of a IC reign this year? I have no doubt he'll get his shot eventully but only when Morrsion is moved on to the Main Event picture which could be the start of next year.

With bragging rights taking the focus off internal feuds and now Ziggler isn't even on the PPV, Which i find astonishing considering he is one of the brightest prospects in WWE.

Is their room for both Morrison and Ziggler between now and next year.... because unless they swap the title for a bit it doesn't make sense to have Morrison losing too often if he is to go on and become a Main Event star.

If you had asked me 2 months ago i would have said that Ziggler would be the IC Champion feuding with a guy like Morrison until the end of the year. But it looks as if thats on the backburner as to not to "hurt" either guy too much

Ziggler is great and Morrison is the best wrestler in WWE at the mo

They are both already far too good for the IC scene but trapped there because of the old relics

I think thats a little unfair.

SD does give chances to people. CM Punk & Jeff Hardy to name two. I just think the Rey Mysterio drug ban has kinda messed up the flow of SD and Ziggler seems to be the guy who has got lost in the shuffle.

The problem is he lost to Rey so many times if they do the same to him with Morrison it could kill any momentum he has and the same if Ziggler beat Morrison.

And now Ziggler isn't even on PPV..... I kinda worry about his standing.

The IC Title is perfect for them, since its valued again and been battled over by the likes of...

Jericho, Mysterio, Morrison and Ziggler, it has worth, neither guy should be rushed to the top.

I wouldn't worry either, he hasn't missed his chance he'll get the belt.

And he is only off the PPV because the team looked weak, they couldn't just replace 4 of them, it didn't look good on RAW when D-X remarked how they didn't even know who 2 of the team members were.
