"WWE Superstars" finally coming to UK TV!

WWE Superstars will begin airing in the UK on December 11, 2009 in the 5:00 p.m. time slot. While no announcement has yet been made, it appears WWE and Sky have renewed their existing contract as WWE programming is listed for January and the previous contract expires at the end of the year. On another note, WWE’s annual Tribute to the Troops special will air at 2:00 a.m. on December 20th in the UK.

Good news as its generally a show full of decent matches and very little/none of the crappy segments that kill RAW.

Just remembered about this but, after checking out my Sky tv guide, I don't see it in the listing.  Anyone else know if there has been a bit of a change to this.

I've also read somewhere about another show, "This Week in WWE" that is due to start in January.

Sky will start showing Superstars in the UK from December 11th. The first showing is every Friday afternoon at 5pm on Sky1, with a repeat of Superstars on Saturday nights on Sky Sports 3

Cheers Hammy, got there in the end. That's what I get for not reading things correctly. I've only been looking at the Sky Sports channels.

First edition this week was good.  I enjoyed all the matches, although rather than being home to "All new feuds, and all new matches", it seems its more a case of "Guys who we couldn't find room for on tv this week".  Also note how the opening sequence includes guys who have rarely featured (Taker, Orton, Edge), or never featured (Shawn Michaels).  It'd be cool if they have a Television Title, defended in the Main Event of the show EVERY week for guys like Gallows, Slam Master J and Yang.
