Draft Analysis
« on: November 30, 2009, 08:46:49 pm »
Thought it would be cool to see how each league is drafting.

I can't believe in league Raw, John Morrison was taking mid 2nd round... I grabbed him with  my first round pick

Johnny Nitro/Morrison has been a top 8 scorer in every game dating back to what? 5 games ago?

can't believe Drew McIntyre and some others were grabbed over Morrison

Biggest  surpize was seeing bastita going 2nd. he always appears to be on the rize and ends up getting hurt.

interesting to see D go with some solid upper midcarders instead of main eventers on his team. he looking for some IC defenses.

with the 3rd round coming up i wonder who is going to gamble on a diva first.

That may well be me. :D Divas are usually on every show and the champions get retain points somewhat regularly. There's only four more picks before my third pick but I think if I wait until pick #4 for a diva champion/possible contender, there'll be none left... :undecided:

Decisions!

On a side note, I'm hoping Kane eliminates a fair few guys from the Rumble... 8)

Only when they get me points. Which my current team have done. Just not enough points. This time round will be different. :ohyeah:

I am surprized to see Kane go out in the second round after the Rumble His scoring days are over. I think I am in a good position with the smaller leagues, I am looking at some solid talent for my picks. I have one pick before I make my next two and I see 5 Guys I would love to have with a 2/3 pick. In our League we have

Rey Mysterio
Dolph Ziggler
The Miz
TED Dibease

I'm going to get two of them gaurented. Jericho + 2 of them, I think I have a great start to my team.

drafting has hit a grinding halt in my league.

damn it

John Morrison always is a top scorer so he was a no brainer for me and he is A STAR and they have to see that.

I was hoping Shemaus would fall but didn't but Kofi has been a huge scorer in this game and seems to be having a really good push having a top feud with Orton. Miz has had the US title a while and I can def see him losing it soon which is why i went with Kofi over Miz.

Kofi being a top face and being pushed hard I think he is a solid pick, he did me good before. I can't blame you for that pick. Kinda surpized how much Orton fell in our league as he has always been a top 5 pick. I mean how long can this sheamus angle last? I thought they were just going to feed him to the Cena Machine. I cant see him being world champion on RAW. I think Sheamus might be overated because of this little push, I can't even see this carring over to the rumble. Sub Main Event Cena Vs Sheamus at the Rumble? I think Sheamus was a gamble. I want our league drfting to pick back up as I already have my two ready to go.

Yeah, i was flabbergasted in the other league that Eric picked up Drew Mcintyre over John Morrison....

Drew is a jobber.. i don't care how much HHH likes him, the guy isn't a main eventer

Its funny as i would almost guarentee that these two will feud. And i think McIntyre will take the strap off Morrsion as i think Morrison might win MITB

I can't do any worse than I have done in the current game! If Trips/HBK are behind Drew, he will get a mega push. It doesn't matter if he is over or not, apparently Drew and Sheamus are Trips' golden boys.

It seems the #3 pick is all about the race for a decent diva.

It seems that way. However there are two X Factors in this game. The Rumble & Miss Wrestlemania (if they do it again).

I really wanted a decent Diva this time and i've been impressed with Maryse recently. I was hoping to get Drew or Big Show as my second pick but it wasn't meant to be.

I'm not convinced Jericho will have any title in this game and therefore i am hoping that Maryse can get that title and keep it til Wrestlemania.

I thought about hitting a Diva but there seems to be no ration or reason behind some of the fueds and I hate that, I'll save a 5th round final choice on a lady love.

Obviously im hoping Maryse doesnt get the title and the peeps on wwe's creative team are as high on Melina as The Hitman is.  ;D :smoking:
