Well according to wwe.com the strap match can only be won by touching all 4 turnbuckles, I know pinfalls have been allowed in past ones but seemingly not in this.

Incidently Street Fight and Extreme Rules are essentially the same, pin, subs etc. The Punk vs Mysterio one doesn't appear to have a gimmick, except for the post match stip it seems like a regular match, extreme makeover I assume is pin, sub etc. I honestly don't know there.  So as it stands Last Man and Strap are the only ones with one way to win.

I'd guess it's pretty much a **** match with weapons being "Makeover Related".

Sort of like that Attitude Era "Good Housekeeping Match" (Or whatever it was called) between Jeff Jarrett & Chyna.
