I don't know, it's close but I'd have to go with Primo..for now. They might build Carlito up a little or stick him in Legacy for a few months but at the end of the day he's not going anywere. He'll probably end up crying again to management when he's left off the next Wrestlemania and eventually get himself fired. Primo is obviously a good wrestler and seems more over with the crowd. I think if Primo got the right push he could be at the calibre of a young Eddie Guerrero. But more than likely, he will be a suitable candidate for the "superstars you think they dropped the ball with" in about 6 months, as WWE and their genius writers will probably give him some stupid gimmick like a Puerto Rican country singer, change his name to Primo Phoenix, pair him with Jimmy Wang Yang, and have him future endeavoured by the end of the year.
