Bret is taking TV time and titles away from wrestlers who have busted their ass and earned it. so its no different imo.

He'll probaly just vacate the title on Raw and become GM and hold a US tournament title  tourney where some guy who needs a push will get it.  So they give him the US title for nostalgic purposes.  Miz was rarely defending that thing at this point if they push it into an important secondary belt then Hart's title "reign" will be justified, imo.
