^ Because Jim didn't actually name Drew specifically when he bid on him, he is trying to say it therefore doesn't count and Drew is his.

I'm sorry but the way you went about this D is bullshit and you know it so don't try backtracking, its not one set of rules for Jim and one for another, fiy you'd of said I bid $120,000 on him and drop Reks we'd of accepted it because there was only one bidding battle going on.

The need to say who you are dropping was created so a switchover can be made as soon as things end, to make the process smooth.

I never thought I'd need to create a rule stating who you are bidding on as well needs to be stated because thats generally a given, and if people don't understand it, they will question it.

And to bring up old problems with consistency that we have done our best to sort, its stuff like this that takes the fun out of the game, enough already, I did the fairest thing possible taking into account everyone's point of view by restarting the bidding, at your bid.  I could of just given him to Jim, which in all honesty should have happened, but this way Jim has the chance to bid again anyway.

So as things stand, Cowbell has bid $81,000 on him and drops Dreamer.
