Shock - er

Could have seen that coming from the day he was drafted

WWE has this bizarre way of splitting up teams that dont work as individuals - Jesse is another doomed individual

Spanky was great in ROH and even in his last run with London. TNA should sign him ASAP. He was a great worker and could cut a promo as well.

I don't see much brightness in Brian Kendrick's future WWE career. He may very well be undertaking some new 'endeavours' soon....

Hey, look at that. :P

I liked his original run after his heel turn but as seems the case in WWE, these things start well enough but never seem to go anywhere....

The latest victim of WWE's dreaded "future endeavors" announcement was The Brian Kendrick, and a PWInsider report sheds the first bit of light on the matter.

According to the report, Kendrick's release can largely be attributed to his backstage attitude and motivation as a performer. The internal feeling was that while Kendrick did what he was told, he carried a negative attitude and gave the impression that he did not deeply care about being there. WWE thus saw little potential for Kendrick to breakout as a valuable member of the roster and opted to sever its ties with the wrestler.

It remains to be seen if Kendrick's release is a compounded consequence of his behavior or if a specific incident brought WWE officials' concerns to a boil.

Sources are also quick to mention reports that Kendrick was one of WWE's most frequently-fined Superstars for marijuana use, although it is unclear if that played any role in his release--under the Wellness Policy, there is no punishment, beyond the fine, for using the drug.

The decision to release Brian Kendrick was made two weeks ago after he was pulled from a planned program with Evan Bourne. Kendrick had been warned several times that WWE wasn’t going to tolerate his failing multiple drug tests for marijuana. His marijuana use was likely a contributing factor to his release and he was one of at least 2 Superstars who had their pushes stopped due to pot use. Kendrick’s release was also meant and taken as a warning for higher profile talents who have been failing pot tests.

However, when John Laurinaitis informed Kendrick he was being let go, the story was that it was because of the economy. Those who heard that story couldn’t believe they gave him such a lame and bogus reason for being fired. Kendrick was told that his release could have happened much sooner but agent Pat Patterson had spoken up for him.

It's a damn shame.  I'd of really liked a program with him and Bourne.

no wonder WWE's chemistry is so bad.

The main eventers get a way with murder while the others have to abide by bullshit rules.

Since its the in fashion round here,

I'm thinking Ricky Ortiz could be soon for future endeavours after that 20 second loss

 :ohyeah:

On the subject of him, he was never anything special, no great loss.

Reks and Reks is decent, I've started watching him in FCW, where he is the Heavyweight Champion no less.
