Contrary to speculation that WWE would be ending the RAW Guest Host angle after Steve Austin hosts on March 15th, WWE.com has announced that MLB great and WWE Hall of Famer Pete Rose will host RAW on March 22.

Surely Smackdown's Kane will show up so for old time's sake we can hear "Pete Rose just got tombstoned!", these guys have unfinished business  :D

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE has reached out to golfer Tiger Woods, and is hoping he will agree to host the June 7th edition of Raw. The show is being taped in Miami, FL that night, however, most within WWE feel that Woods will not accept the offer.

Ha! I'm sure he'd go over well.

I actually didn't think Hasselhoff was that bad. At least he seemed comfortable in front of a big crowd and was getting something of a reaction.

Buzz Aldrin will be hosting on May 17 and then it'll be Jon Lovitz the week after.

Buzz Aldrin is going to be a bad guest host. I have a feeling....

Jon Lovitz could be ok. He is a funny guy.

Buzz Aldrin is a very random choice, he certainly has the most impressive reason for being famous of all the guest hosts though.

I've seen maybe three of four of these guest hosted Raws, and I've not enjoyed a single one.

The way things have been going they do seem to be streamlining it back (taking away their power).

I like the idea of Orton essentially killing them off.

I've just read that the cast of the new A-Team movie will host Raw on June 7.

Actor Justin Long, star of the new movie "Going the Distance" along with Drew Barrymore, told Metro News that he felt his recent appearance on WWE Monday Night Raw as a special guest host was a "disaster" a few weeks ago.

Long added, "In no way am I being self-deprecating when I say that was a disaster. It was just not the audience to be promoting a movie like that to. We were so out of place. It was just awkward. They're all fired up to see guys pummeling each other, not to see three nerdy comedy guys do some bits. They played the trailer for this crowd and it just silenced them ? and not in a good way."

^ Good to hear someone who clearly has a clue.  I think we can all agree the show has been much better since the hosts roles have been reduced, and many weeks there just hasn't been one.
