Hmm

I want to love RAW I really do - I can fit multiple good wrestling shows in my life

but with impact going all out WWE had skits promoting toys...

I just can't get into that, it seemed all the stranger that WWE emphasised the child friendly basis on this particular occaision

was RAW really that different than usual?

Anyway, Maryse really is stunning - she looks like she's been designed! Hottest diva ever?

She's certainly up there, and although nothing special, she is getting better in the ring, she always nails her finisher pretty well and her pinning technique is pretty darn good!

Just watched the end of raw - would u believe it I mistook an earlier add break for the end. Getting old...only noticed when YouTube flagged it up!

it was a cliffhanger - the first in, years?

Actually looked good - glad it's a feud with Vince and not Shawn - that needed to be rested

I'm having a video game flashback to the WCW Mayhem intro where they create Goldberg with a machine, but he breaks out and goes on a rampage, slamming everyone in sight.... wait, what? Yes, Maryse is very nice indeed. :)

Regarding the Bret Hart thing, I've read people saying him and Michaels shaking hands was all a work and they still hate each other and whatnot, but I can't honestly see Bret agreeing to go out and say what he did on Raw and allow Michaels not only to shake his hands but hug him if he wasn't ready to move on. Maybe the general premise and what would be said was scripted, but I genuinely would like to think they've (Mostly) made up. I mean, what happened at Survivor Series '97 wasn't the classiest thing in the world, but it's not like it was some unforgiveable crime which no on could forgive....

And on another note, The Miz's new music is not awesome. That is all. ;)

I know the whole D-X thing is embaressing. No doubt about it. Can't defend it at all!

RAW was only different in the sense that Bret was there as the Host and IMO had really good segments. But RAW was never gonna be different even with TNA's supershow. Vince knew he was gonna lose some viewers... its only natural so why do anything out of the ordinary?

And Yes Maryse is now my favourite! She would fit perfectly into the role of leader of the beautiful people!

I Agree. A Bret vs Vince program will be entertaining. No one is saying its original, but this does have a little extra storyline spice.

have i mentioned Maryse is hot  :-*

I agree about the Bret/HBK thing. I think if Bret can forgive then its good to put it in the past. I doubt they'll be seen at each others houses but professionally i think the saga is over and thats a good thing coz they both (especially Bret IMO) are Legends who have helped define this business.

haha Miz's new music. I can't make up my mind.... but i'm leaning towards Blowup's way of thinking.

This is how it works, You're young until you're not
You love until you don't, You try until you can't
You laugh until you cry, You cry until you laugh
And everyone must breathe, Until their dying breath

I like the Miz's new OTT music - but I wish there were fewer lyrics in WWE songs about getting on ur knees - makes me think of Vince's unprofessionalism's and...worse...

Anyway - Maryse would be perfect in the beautiful people (though her gimmick is basically their's anyway). She is just absurdly toned - I suspect deals with the devil!

Awful show.

If Tyson was the best host ever, then dammit, I don't want any more guest hosts!

"Mike Tyson... is insane."

Agreed about the crowd, they were pretty dead a lot of the time.

Some positives, Miz's shoot promo was superb!  Just goes to show, guys cut better promos when they are allowed to act like their true self, you could tell, although scripted, that was from the heart.

Rhodes knocking The Marine was funny too.

Tyson is probably  my fave athlete of all time, so i was marking out hard. I thought he did a great job. That Cena, Mike Tyson punchout thing was hysterical.
