I laughed at Batista mid-match doing his Incredible Hulk impression.

Me Dave, me angry, me smash!

I mean his reaction to Mysterio was comical, Mysterio tried to win a match where it was every man for himself, the sonofabitch!

Post match the turn was good though.

Really liked the Main Event, but people wanting to check the cut and wipe the blood away?  What is this?  MMA?  Let it drip, although what was good I suppose is they did intially have me wondering, was he meant to get bust open.

That review made a good point to, Orton tapping with seconds left did seem stupid, maybe if the submission move wasn't so lame you'd of felt it more.  Orton was fantastic in it to.

Also, after Kingston chased Legacy off, wasn't there still 40 minutes left?

Did anyone else envision a comedy sktech involving Kingston chasing them round the backstage area for 40 smurfin' minutes!  Why didn't they come back out?

Not since HHH v Booker T have I seen a greater delay in going for a pin

Show humiliated Kingston - one chokeslam put him down long enough to lose 2 'last man standing' matches

add DX embarrasing him with his accent...hmph

Just a bit of harmless banter, the fact they let him run in during the Main Event and changed his accent I think is a good sign, probably a case of, we can't push him while he has that goofy accent.

I'd be more gutted if I was Mark Henry and the Mae Young incident was being mentioned....

...Oh wait, it was  ;D

Source: PWInsider.com

- During last night’s iron man match, John Cena was busted open after being hit by a microphone - this was not apparently a planned spot.

Vince McMahon ordered Cena to be cleaned up immediately after seeing the spot, and WWE’s John Laurinaitis along with trainers rushed to ringside to clean him up. With their first attempt, Cena wasn’t aware what they intended to do so played babyface and mounted offence against Randy Orton. The cut was finally glued shoot and cleaned up after the next fall.

Cena and Orton were scheduled to work among the crowd and WWE wanted to ensure there was no health issue with a bloody wrestler among fans. If it were to have happened, the issue would have been taken seriously by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and likely used as more ammuniton against Linda McMahon’s senate campaign.

As the blood was unplanned, WWE decided to stop the clock during the bout as it wasn’t known how long the clean up operation on Cena would take.

Need to watch the main event - but an hour of Orton, do I care enough?

the issue would have been taken seriously by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission.
That brings back memories. A similar issue occurring in 88-89 caused Mcmahon to admit wrestling was fake. Had he not admitted it was fake, wrestling events were going to be monitored like other sporting events, including having real paramedics on site. Wrestling would have essentially became what boxing was at the time.

It's considered a very minor footnote, but most certainly altered the course of wrestling permanently.
I have wined and dined with kings and queens, and I've slept in alleys and dined on pork and beans.

Admit wrestling is fake you say, that always reminds me of this incident.
