Don't see the big issue.
He is a smart business man, Kimbo is money and he is using him in the best possible way, forcing Kimbo to prove himself, if Kimbo fails, he still got good ratings and if by some miracle Kimbo wins the show, great news all round. Dana said ages ago this show would be Kimbo's only way into the UFC, the only thing that does seem a bit unfair is the trailers heavily feature Kimbo, which is a bit disrespectful to the other fighters, but still understandable, the dude is the draw.
