Just saw this on their Twitters. They made up and are no longer enemies.

Tito is still the second greatest draw in UFC history behind only Brock Lesnar now.

So I think with his back being 100 percent he'd be great in the UFC

U have to understand something, Tito had MAJOR back surgery which means for the last few years he hasnt been able to train properly, he hasn't been as strong or explosive.

Being 100 percent will finally allow him to be his best in the octagon. Now will he be a champ again? I don't know but I do know at less than 100 percent he beat Forrest, he beat/tied Rashad and at least took Machida to a decision.
